Ladies and Gentlemen, nugget enthusiasts alike, the time has come for the next official City That Breeds event – a prelude, if you will, to 2012’s Cosby Sweater Bar Crawl. It’s a little thing we lovingly call Nuggetfest, an all you can eat Nuggetganza at Fells Point establishment Bad Decisions (1928 Fleet St.). Here’s a flyer for you to make visual love to:
“All you can eat nuggets and a free beer, you say? For $15? That’s a fantastic bargain!” You just said. And it is. Expect many, many varieties of dipping sauces from the cast and crew at BD and a one-heat, no holds barred nugget eating contest to see who will claim the nugget eating crown.
A few summers ago, WHFS DJ of note Spam absolutely decimated the competition in an impromptu nugget eating contest, completing his required 50 nuggets in roughly 8 minutes. It was a sight to behold, and we’re looking for hardcore competitors that want to try and topple the king. ARE YOU MAN OR WOMB-MAN ENOUGH?? If we can’t find at least 5 eaters by game day, the contest gets shelved and Spam will laugh at you all. ALL OF YOU.
Then again if you’ve no interest in competing and you simply want to eat lots of nuggets at an affordable price, please feel free to REGISTER BELOW! If you intend to bring more than yourself, please specify. And if you’re a vegetarian, we’re looking into getting fake nuggets, so specify that too. And if you intend on competing, specify in the body of the email. You’ll be placed on a list until payment is due, which can be fulfilled via PayPal or at the door on September 20th. Space is very limited, and the nuggets are while supplies last, so it’s probably best if you get your name on the list!! We can’t give everyone all they can eat nuggets, even if we wanted to.

A few bullet points about this event:
- WE NEED COMPETITORS. EVEN IF YOU CAN’T FINISH TONS OF NUGGETS AND END UP LOOKING STUPID, YOU STILL GET NUGGETS. IT’S A WIN WIN. So give a shot!
- Again, these nuggets are first come first serve. Arrive at the event on time – if you don’t register, you probably won’t get nuggets if you just show up.
- If interest is high enough, we’ll get some veggie nuggets and at the very least some tots to munch on.
- Don’t worry, the nuggets aren’t coming from Chik-Fil-A this time.
- Nuggets are delicious.
