I meant to post this a while ago, but a mutual friend of this website’s peoples and member of Wham City Justin turned me onto one of his fellow WC performer’s Youtube page, and it’s pretty much hysterically funny. The character featured in a lot of the videos, Blue Leader, has something of an underground following and has appeared on underground talkshows and in underground bunkers to give speeches. His level of videogame-ese is pretty astounding, featured prominently in this video I have embedded for your eyes to view:
My only regret at this point is that I haven’t been more exposed to this scene thus far, but hey, it’s a start!
Blue Leader (Robby R.) makes some pretty funny stuff. But I think Jimmy Joe Roche is the best Wham City filmmaker.
