I’ll make this short and sweet: Station North A&E Inc. is continuing their long slog into transforming one of the blightier areas of Baltimore City into a vibrant arts district worthy of patronage, and they’re looking to transform an old building (former home of block-to-block ubiquitous New York Fried Chicken) in their headquarters, home to flexible studio spaces and that sort of thing for artists. The pledge prizes are pretty decent and they’re more than halfway to they’ve blown through their $10,000 goal, so if you’re interested in being a part of one of the only development projects that doesn’t have the word “luxury” in it then I suggest you chip in! Eagerly anticipating the fruition of this.
