Head 2 Head: Transmodern Fundraiser
TONIGHT 9:30pm – 12:30am, Floristree, $12 (tickets) (405 W. Franklin St., Downtown) – brave the fragrant, hipsteriffic crowd at Floristree for some kickass DJs (Dan Deacon, M.C. Schmidt, DJ Jason Willet, and more!), dance your ass off to benefit this year’s Transmodern Festival (April 28th – May 1st).
Yacht Rock! Stripped down and unplugged
TONIGHT 10:00pm-1:00am, Waterfront Hotel, free (1710 Thames Street, Fells Point) – Not in the mood for DJs and fundraisers? Then come hear the smooth, rockin’ sounds of the Reagle Beagles Yacht Rock Band sail you off into an auditory boat party. You don’t have to dress like a boat captain, but it helps.
3rd Annual Snuggie Bar Crawl
SATURDAY 2:00pm-7:30pm, Captain Larry’s, $5 (601 E Fort Ave., Riverside) – Get together with some fellow cult members and stroll the day away along Fort Avenue’s many, many bars! Prizes for the most creative, interesting and ridiculous Snuggie ensembles. Entry fee benefits House of Ruth.
