Rumor has it that a certain owner of a certain dog grooming and styling franchise in Federal Hill puts a certain type of white powder up his nose while working and managing the franchise. Apparently this certain owner also hires his girlfriend to work there, pays her more than other employees, and pockets the difference. Rumor has it that he even skims money off the top of his other employee’s paychecks by charging them for “insurance benefits” that they never receive. Rumor even has it that a former employee is taking this certain franchise owner to court over the matter.
