I love nachos with cheese and chili. That dish is making me very hungry.that photo makes me with I had some right now.I never heard of Lime before this post.I am very familiar with that area.I used to shine shoes in that area when I was a kid and a teen back in the 1970's and the 1980's.My favorite place in that area was the French Quarter's resturant on Fort Ave.I loved their food.

I have to agree with you, Evan. Individually stacked nachos are not real nachos. I also saw your post on Alexander's Tavern. I didn't get their nachos last night because there was no guac! While I fell in love with their Texas Tots, no guac nachos just seemed so wrong.

I have to respectfully disagree on the outlawing of the individually stacked nachos from NachoQuest. It's not my fave, but Austin Grill does a good job with it. These don't look as good, though.

I am embarrased/proud to say that I drove from Charles Village to Cockeysville for nachos from Moe's the other day to try to beat a hangover. It's a chain, but they are soooo good. Maybe your quest will help me find a closer substitute.
