Or maybe, like a bracket of ultimate bar food? Each region could be a different food... Nachos, Wings for sure, then some others could be Sliders, Chicken Fingers (kinda lame), Shellfish (shrimp/crab/mussles, etc), Potpourri, etc. The Washingtonian did a bracket to find the Best Burger in DC and it was cool.
