		<description>evan, i&#039;m thinking you have to go to annabel lee tavern over in highlandtown. the chef there used to cook for simon&#039;s pub, which was a great bar with fantastic food that used to be located in butcher&#039;s hill. simon&#039;s had the best nachos (especially the salsa). simon&#039;s was still better, but annabel&#039;s nachos are pretty darn good, too.

		<description>Evan - have you contemplated doing a bracket of Nachos?  Or maybe, like a bracket of ultimate bar food?  Each region could be a different food...  Nachos, Wings for sure, then some others could be Sliders, Chicken Fingers (kinda lame), Shellfish (shrimp/crab/mussles, etc), Potpourri, etc.  The Washingtonian did a bracket to find the Best Burger in DC and it was cool.  It would definitely be an undertaking.  I volunteer to be a taste tester!  :)</description>
