Update: You Can Make The Pain Stop

Well I’ve seen about 30 articles running around the internet that Stride Gum producers Cadbury Adams have agreed to give a coupon for a free pack of their gum to people if they sign the aforementioned Stop Uwe Boll petition and it reaches its goal of 1,000,000 signatures by May 24th. What I can’t find, however, is an actual press release by Cadbury Adams to back this up. Most of the articles cite a marketing director for the company as putting this out there, so here’s hoping it’s true because it would be the single greatest ‘viral’ marketing campaign pretty much ever.
